So what do you do when Facebook couldn't care less about misleading ads that direct users to a scam except that they reap a profit?

  2. Hi there,
so sorry for getting back to you late. Please go to:
http://againstscams.blogspot.com/2009/11/who-can-i-report-bidpax-and-other-scam.html for reporting to the authorities.

For paypal, please initiate a dispute with the merchant(that is, bidpax) in your paypal account to ask for a refund. Best of luck.
